All parents wonder if they are getting it right. Sometimes it is hard to tell what your child needs, what their behaviors mean and if you are
doing right by them. Imagine what it might feel like if you could make sense of what your child is really asking from you.

Join us for this 8 week program where you will learn to:
– Understand and support your child’s emotional world
– Build your child’s self-esteem
– Be present with your child
– Manage the challenges with kindness

You can participate from home (virtually) or join other parents in the LANG Room at City Hall. 

Children Programming and Supper will be available.
