Program Location: Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta

The Parent-Child Mother Goose Program is a free of charge, for parents/caregivers & children (Two options: Infants [0 to 18 months] or children [0 to 36 months]) This program runs in the Fall, Winter and Spring.

Community Kitchens

Program location: Fort Saskatchewan

This is a cooking program for adults to get together to plan, budget and cook 3 nutritious meals for their family.

Participants: Adults

Cost: $20 for groceries if it’s affordable for you.
